Reactor Blocks

The Reactor Blocks form the integral part in the Drug Discovery, and Combinatorial Chemistry applications. The Reactor Blocks are designed to meet the varying need of researchers, from the most simple external heating/cooling blocks to the most elaborate RS 232 controlled Peltier Blocks. The Personal Reactor Blocks, provide heating only for standard microplates between RT - 95°C, while the standard controller has the ability to provide both heating/cooling between -10°C and 120°C.

Most of the Heating Blocks do not provide an uniform heat flux to the entire surface of a standard microplate.

The BIS Reactor Blocks, with full size Heater Module/Peltier Modules, ensure uniform heat flux, with minimum "edge effects".

The Reactor Blocks with the capability of heating/cooling using an external chiller block, are robotic friendly, and can be daisy chained. The Incubator Blocks, have the Controller inbuilt, saving valuable bench space. The Peltier Units provide both heating and cooling options for deep well microplates and "Bohdan" blocks for test tubes and eppendorf tubes.
